fix(keysecure-cardholder): accept hyphenated names and alert on refusals needing attention

Summary

  • Accept hyphenated latin names (Jean-Luc, Mock-Doe) when building the KeySecure cardholder name; leading, trailing or doubled hyphens are still refused.
  • KeySecure apply refusals 2006 (KYC_RETRIEVAL_FAILED) and 2011 (UNIQUE_NO_MISMATCH) now log ALERT: via logger.error since only our team can resolve them; other codes keep the warn.

Test plan

  • yarn jest src/modules/keysecure-cardholder (125 passed, 2 skipped), yarn lint
  • Final Opus review approved

Follow-up (non-blocking): the new name pattern rejects stray whitespace ("John ", "Mary Ann") that the old one accepted.
